If you register as a vendor on MechAxis:

• You are the data fiduciary for buyer inquiries you receive through our Platform
• You must handle buyer data in compliance with the DPDP Act and this Privacy Policy
• You may not use buyer contact information for marketing without explicit consent
• You must implement appropriate security measures for data you download or access

Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension and legal action.

MechAxis is a B2B platform intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately. We will take prompt steps to delete such information.
